Computer Curriculum
Gloria Dei Lutheran School provides all students from the first through the eighth grades with a computer curriculum that prepares them for high school and beyond. We believe that students function much better if they not only learn how but why things work the way they do.
The curriculum at Gloria Dei Lutheran School includes home row typing, Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel and Powerpoint, and many other activities and exercises that show students how to harness the power of desktop computers.
All classes get computer instruction twice a week for a 45 minute period. All students work at their own computer, so there is plenty of time for each student to complete each assignment.
